There are seasoning packs that allow you to easily make dashi.
1. Bonito dashi pack (dried bonito powder) Katsuobushi
2. Flying fish dashi pack (made from small flying fish)
3. Dried sardine dashi pack (made from dried small fish)
Each pack has a different flavor. Overseas, they are mainly available at Japanese food stores.
